• every year my macbook from 2012 gets to escape from my cabinet under my desk
  • just to run illustrator for unigames logo purposes
    • it doesn't even recognise usb input anymore
      • google drive doesn't even support the mac os it's on
        • i had to send a psd. over messenger
• i sent all the stuff to uniprint and am very proud of the dragon design this year

• Put up Fresher GM forms after the OGM

Gibbi: Put Up Fresher GM for Fresher Campaigns - Vikrum has a question regarding fresher campaigns - Hello committee, I've got either a question to clarify or feedback depending on your response re: fresher campaigns If we have less players than expected or people leave due to scheduling issues, can we open up spots to the wider Unigames? I know there are plenty of people who didn't get much of a fresher campaign (e.g me who only got two sessions) or joined too late to be in a fresher campaign who would appreciate the offer. Also you could add a clause about there not being more than half non-freshers to retain the spirit of the idea of fresher campaigns?

  • if people having missed out on fresher campaigns they have the ability to catch up
  • opening it up to the unigames public is a bad idea
  • Committee has done it in the past at case by case basis

  • Having a free for all is a bad idea
  • isn't there implicit trust in the unigames community

  • It was difficult to allocate carry over fresher from 2021 in the 2022 fresher campaigns
• Vikrum responds to Hannah
  • Having people self allocate would be a solution to this problem by having a post saying that this is the time slot and system

• Vikrum clarifies
  • It would allow Gms to post in rpg general to keep up their population numbers and it wouldnt require any work on committee's behalf
• Committee decides that allowing fresher dms to deregulate fresher campaings to allow enough plaers to keep game population stable to run a game

  • In 2018 established fresher campiaigns appeared in the minutes
  • (perhaps add fresher campaign lfg in the minutes)
